Office / Work Environment
Open-office environment and many people have no clue how to behave in such environment as to not disturb those who are working.
About 21 days PTO - includes vacation, sick time, personal days. Bank holidays.
Among employees, they do not have a good image
Handicap accessibility is only through the back entrance, not front door.
It's an office. Nothing is falling on your head. They do have small problem with occasional roaches in bathrooms.
Some may find certain jobs challenging. I didn't.

Suggestions for improvement
- Get your head out of the money bag and look at how dysfunctional your organization is. Half your managers do not know how to manage IT in this century. Provide training; pay for training; teach departments how to work together; communicate; develop career paths.

Pay, no career advancement opportunities unless you have insurance background, management doesn't know how to manage or communicate, co-workers think they're at a party, culture, environment, non-existent training.
