Suggestions for improvement
- Budgets and deadlines to hold employees accountable.
They respect the various religions and on top of observing various non-Christian holidays, employees were given additional paid time off when other offices in the country are closed due to religious holidays outside of the federal ones observed.
I have nothing to disapprove of as of yet.
My boss was trying to extort my bonus from me. When I provided the only proof I could get I was fired.
I was harassed endlessly and corporate did nothing. My work was even tampered with.
Reminds me of High school. Rumors, gossip and personal business was made public
Would not accommodate even with medical note from doctor
The Manager of the whole building was great
Micro management. Controlling.
Upper management needs to basically ever aspect of your claims handling
You can get answers from co workers
NO. everything you do needs to go to upper management
When I initially started I received no direction on computer, phone usage, etc
Casual atmosphere makes it an enjoyable work environment
One word. MICROMANAGE
Management has total control
Individual environment. Somewhat clicky environment
I don't feel I receive any information on my job duties and provided the company philosophy
I do think feel I am.
Fast growing company that has problems keeping employees. Management training needed. Team work needs work as well.
