Very lacking, moving fast from project to project and trying to keep their heads above water. Lots of people in leader roles who weren't prepared for them.
Operating in many time zones (Pacific, Eastern, Asia, Europe and Brazil), you were expected to be 'on' all of the time. I never felt that I had the luxury to disconnect.
I've never worked anywhere that had so many people from different cultures and parts of the world and embraced them all. Really wonderful
