There are programs for employees to advance but the programs are announced. And those selected are not the best but those that the supervisor favors and gives preferential treatment to.
Overall compensation for your work
Compensation is poor for entry and mid level staff while directors and senior leadership are paid highly despite education and experience.
Office / Work Environment
The work environment was ok but there were often times when supplies were limited or nonexistent. There were often several times when equipment was not working properly despite steps to fix them in a timely manner.
There is no clear recycling program or method of demonstrating any level of eco-consciousness
Employee families are not considered only those of leadership and physicians. There is often pressure or intimidation to work additional time.
I was not proud to work for this company after learning of their reputation in the field of service.
The job was stable and there was not risk of job loss. Turnover was high due to poor leadership not organizational restructuring.
