Suggestions for improvement
- Micromanaging needs improvement. Use more positive leadership not threats
At one of the required luncheon meetings, management told employees that the company was not responsible for their moral. My thought wa that youe weren't before, but are now.
Management can do no wrong, even if they break known company rules. Other employees are treated like dirt. They brag about their Open-Door policy, but some employees who used it were shown the door. If it happened to be an employee management liked, they were allowed to lie about other employees, but were protected by the policy.
Does not care about employees and is glad to remind employees of such.
Bad management decisions are blamed on or only hurt non-management employees
Only as high as a three because some really decent people work there - all non-management
They equally hate the women who work there.
They hate old people too.
Almost nothing from the company, you can as an individual.
