The culture is not diverse. You are overworked with no thank you. Fairness and Trust...be CAREFUL...No employee rewards programs.

Problems in the department are not handled in a timely manner.
The employees work together to make sure every patient is taken care of.
Freedom to work independently
Workload is distributed according to how many patients. You need to make sure that you take it upon yourself to monitor your own workload.
Meetings are scheduled for you to get info. You can ask question at the meetings.
Women are treated equal. Depending on what you look like.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The older employees are considered ancient. They are not appreciated. They are forced to retire.
No advancement. Find another job. No matter what degree you have.
Overall compensation for your work
Salaries are paid on time. Pay is lower than other places.
Office / Work Environment
Some equipment is up to date; if machine breaks it gets fixed in timely manner.
Work times/days off should be asked for in advance. You should ask someone to trade or work for you if you need it off and it is not approved.
Image is good on the outside but not reality.
Yes they have ramps and elevators.
Yes, meetings are given to make sure everyone is brought up to standards.
Take pride in your own work. There is No Room for advancement. Even if you have a higher degree.
Inclusive / Diverse
NO diversity....some people are not considered even when your degree is higher. Other people with no degree will get the job.
