Support from management
Very limited support from upper management and HR. Most often merchandisers are overworked and given task with minimal time allotted to complete.
Suggestions for improvement
- Take your Merchandiser more serious, and not for granted. The goal is to get product on shelves and to raise sells. Give the merchandisers the proper tools to remain productive. Quality over quantity!
What I like about the company
I enjoyed my team. We supported each other and this helped us reach our goals each day.
What I dislike about the company
The conflict lies in the lack of communication and support from the DM. Its very frustrating when your working under someone whom has minimal training in retail. But hey, its not what you know, its who you know, I guess!
