Suggestions for improvement
- Clean house in top management.
Fairness doesn't exist, favoritism does. It is not a culture where you can trust others, you have to watch what you say and to whom you say it. As far as commendations, it depends on your department.
Executive Leadership leaves much to be desired. They perpetuate an "elitist" mentality amongst themselves in addition to egoism, favoritism, and other "isms" (fill in the blank!). They also blame others so they don't have to take responsibility for their own mistakes and ignorance.
