Fairness doesn't exist, favoritism does. It is not a culture where you can trust others, you have to watch what you say and to whom you say it. As far as commendations, it depends on your department.
Support from management
Executive Leadership leaves much to be desired. They perpetuate an "elitist" mentality amongst themselves in addition to egoism, favoritism, and other "isms" (fill in the blank!). They also blame others so they don't have to take responsibility for their own mistakes and ignorance.
Teamwork is talked about, but it really depends on your middle manager and department.
The company is still working on better communication between employees and managers. Some managers do much better than others when communicating.
There isn't much career development. This would not be the place to go if you want to move up. There aren't many positions to move to since people stay in the same position for some time. It would be a place to get experience and move on.
Internally, employees do not speak favorably about the company. And even the members give one star out of five on the company's Facebook page. There are MANY valid complaints about policies and service. It is a reflection on the leadership.
Suggestions for improvement
- Managers should be required to go through leadership and communication training. Board members should have a session with employees to know what's really going on and make necessary changes.
What I like about the company

What I dislike about the company
