Hostile work environment. Three unions in the Somerville location. The location is ruled by union demands. Six Plant directors in six years. Hard work is not rewarded hard work is treated as suspicious and if union does not like manager grievances are filed and anonymous allegation are reported at local and national level. Truth is of no value during this process. When a facility leads its teams based on rumors and accusations of the anonymous type. T
he end result is 100 percent turn over in management in 3 years. To make effective change one would need to close the building and start else where.
Suggestions for improvement
- Close the Somerville location and reopen else where.
