Support from management
The owner and the management team were the worst I have ever seen. The owner would frequently get angry, scream and swear in front of customers and throw things.
Suggestions for improvement
- New ownership. Or have the owner let management take over and have zero ties to managing the staff.

Owner. Management. The fact that I had to pay $150 to get a parking pass just for work. I believe the restaurant should supply parking passes for employees.
