Suggestions for improvement
- Try the employees better and better job stability
Our county is working hard to make each school building an equitable place for all staff and students. I feel respected and cared for by staff. I feel my opinion matters.
The compensation. Almost all teachers who do not have a significant other who makes more than them needs a second job to survive. It's ridiculous that my job alone does not cover the bills. I have to teach summer school and after school clubs and look for other ways to make money to cover my simple cost of living. The hours I have to work at home are tough. There is not enough planning time built into my day.
