Support from management

Not at all. Your throwed to the wolves to figure everything out. When paperwork isn't right your belittled in front of staff and patients

Internal Communication

There is no communication. I suggested a shift book but received attitude from higher ups. Patients are made to lock up personal belongings but are stolen by staff. No positive change

Office / Work Environment

Very hostile not many team players

Handicapped Accessibility

Not a good place for patients with medical problems. Medication stolen from staff and not given at appropriate times

Suggestions for improvement

  • They need to make sure that patients are receiving the service that tax payers are paying them to do. Staff needs more training. They need to pay staff the money they earned instead of ripping you off. They need to tell you that you are expected to transport unstable patients in your personal vehicle without reimbursement

What I like about the company

I enjoyed working with the patients. I like that the homeless people have a place to lay there heads for a couple of weeks.

What I dislike about the company

I don't like how they just drop off the chronically mentally ill at a local bus stop in the dead of winter. Some staff steal and take advantage of patients by using there bank cards and borrowing money. They don't follow thru to make sure that staff is doing case management to find them assistance with food shelter housing etc.
