They are working to incorporate more diversity in the workplace to make all feel welcomed
They encourage diversity and inclusion.
Freedom to work independently
There are so many levels of management at times it makes an employee feel less than competant espicially if the leadership is not strong at the office
They can improve how they communicate with employess but its not too bad at the moment. they try o keep us in the loop an help us understant to the best of their abilities.
Minus offereing paid maternity leave it it pretty fair for women
Attitude towards older colleagues
They support their older employees and even recognized them if they have been with the organization for extended periods of time.
Certain positions have more room than others
Overall compensation for your work
They promote competitive wage but low ball their internal employees when they are being promoted
Office / Work Environment
Usually comfortable art times can be too cold
Some of the managers treat employees as if their personal lives are not as important as providers or managers'
I do what I am qualified for so it makes what I do easy.
Inclusive / Diverse
They have a committee that offers new ideas and ways to implement diversity in the workplace
Suggestions for improvement
- More stable work hours, paid maternity leave, and onsite daycare.
What I like about the company
Their minimum wage is higher than that of the state for any position offered
What I dislike about the company
Don't make employees feel so easily replaceable we are just as important in maintaining the organization as management. Treat your employees how you would want them to treat you patrons and customers/patients
