You could never get the data you needed form other teams to do your job effectively

Leadership was always looking for the next individual that stepped out of line to crucify.
Because of the atmosphere everyone was left to fend for themselves, for which I really can't blae them.
Freedom to work independently
Our manager micromanaged us to attempt to make the department look good.
As stated previously in most all categories, it was my least favorite job.
There were layoffs every 2 months. Very quietly done all around the company, 5 or 6 folks would be gone and 1 or 3 replacements would be moved in.
The work itself would have been great, including opportunities to enrich one's career if not for the corrosive atmosphere.
