Suggestions for improvement
- More room for recognition in what you do
You could never get the data you needed form other teams to do your job effectively
Leadership was always looking for the next individual that stepped out of line to crucify.
Because of the atmosphere everyone was left to fend for themselves, for which I really can't blae them.
Our manager micromanaged us to attempt to make the department look good.
For 5 years I helped build the organization with my fellow Program / Project Managers. Italians came in, destroyed the management integrity both internal and external then dismissed the group falsely making bottom line look better. Then they sold the former industry leader to Japan...
