Management plays favorites. The Associate Assistance Resource Team (AART) supposedly exists to assist employees in situations where there is a problem with management, but they actually just stand up for management to the detriment of the employee.
Depends on the manager. Many play favorites and are not fair, do not treat their employees with respect or appreciation.
