Support from management

There is no support from upper management. Sales not met, you must stay until the last page is sold.

Workplace Safety

Mold, mice, bugs are just a few deterrents. There are so many complaints for this company you would loose count, both with OSHA standards and the labor dept.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Let everyone have a fair share of sales success. When a call comes in, give the lead to a new rep instead of constantly feeding it to the favorites. Contact all of the over 20 employees that have left in the last year and try to apologize for the working conditions and treatment.

What I like about the company

What I dislike about the company

There is alot of favoritism with sales reps that have been there longer. Makes it almost impossible for any new sales rep to achieve their sales goals.
