Support from Management
Management virtually uninvolved and basically apathetic towards professional and personal needs of individuals. No recognition of experience or client relationships. Basic goal is to keep costs low, I.e. hire those willing to work for less money.
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay more attention to people's skills, experience and client relationships. Make better attempts to retain, rather than replace or totally eliminate, those who have exhibited loyalty and willingness to put in extra time and effort.
