Suggestions for improvement
- Competitive salaries to retain employees rather than over spending on new hires.
Co-workers in the trenches quickly become life-long friends.
Bloated middle management. Intentional lack of communication when it comes to the direction the company is headed in. Zero loyalty for experienced associates. Once you know too much, your days are numbered.
Ever since the merger of AON and Hewitt Associates, it has been getting worse.
Managers don't care much about the individual workers, period.
I haven't had received any training since 2007, and I left in 2014.
