Suggestions for improvement
- the training are limited, and do not show all possible situations , specially the hardest situations. they put you to listen other more experience employees for one day and then leave the new recruit alone. at the end of the day, supervisors do not tell the new recruits how they can improve and better ways to handle uncomfortable customer situations.
