Company does not follow their own mission statement. An atmosphere of bias exists and you can't expect to move forward if they need you in a menial position. Nepotism and discrimination are rampant.
Support from Management
Expect subservience from employees.
Managers want separation of employees. Encourage no communication amongst team members.
Level of Autonomy
If one member doesn't do their work mgmt. expects someone else to do it for them.
