No real opportunities for advancement while working at specific desks.
Overall compensation for your work
No raises in roughly 3 years I worked there.
Would have felt more incentive if there were opportunties for advancement or raises.
Suggestions for improvement
- Would recommend making sure that employees can feel a sense of personal stake in the company by offering better incentive for the work provided. Also, some assistance with bus transportation would've been appreciated.
What I like about the company
My bosses were friendly, courteous, and understanding if something goes wrong in your personal life. Enjoyed the work and made many good connections with the other employees. Being on Main Street in Utica made it easily accessible and bus transportation was simple to get to work.
What I dislike about the company
I only received one raise of $0.33 during my 3 years being there, and advancement only escalated to working a seperate desk with no pay raise. Had to pay for my own bus tickets to get to work.
