Co-workers are the backbone and pull together. Management should take note.

Communication style is condescending and passive aggressive.
males are taken seriously and females are only taken seriously if the COO agrees with their ideology. VERY SEXIST!!
The claims manager does not provide adequate training but is the first to come down on people when they make a mistake.
Overall compensation for your work
So you want a life? That attitude will get you fired or your hours cut
It appears, due to the COO not knowing anything about investigations the company is constantly being restructured. I do not feel secure
If the COO would allow those of us know what we are doing, you do our job the way they should be done I believe we would all be proud of our work product.
Inclusive / Diverse
Ideas are encouraged but they will never come to fruition if the COO does not agree.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get managers that know what they're doing and invest in quality training. Keep good employees and point out the positive

Bullies, poor compensation, empty promises, unrealistic expectations,negative attitudes in mgmt, constantly push out quality employees
