Suggestions for improvement
- Recruiting is great. Customer Rep/Consultant support for Montgomery area could be improved to include more frequent contact. There seems to be more of an emphasis on the customer/client satisfaction rather than the Consultant providing the services to the client. There was very little contact with my Apex Montgomery Rep. Very little concern with how things were working out, but more of an emphasis on client expectations with current services and expanding those services to add more consultants. I felt neglected. And add on service to the current contract.
- Have a human being help fill out onboarding forms to ensure that all of the benefits forms have been completed prior to the new employee finding out that the computer did not validate all of the entries and that it did not provide all of the benefits available.
I like about the employer
Always available to answer questions about customer relationships, benefits, follow-up luncheons to discuss issues/benefits of the current client employer.
