Support from management
It really depends on the Manager. I have never asked my manager for help. That's just my character. Being that I should never have too. As Group Leader I always supported my team with training, development, opinions, and everyday I showed them my appreciation.
As a Group Leader/Team Leader my team were always honest with me and productive. Everyday I came in it wasn't a day that they didn't put a smile on my face.
Freedom to work independently
I never had any issue with working alone. Sometimes working alone you're productive and gives you a better understanding about your job. I always wanted to learn things on my on. I never once went to my Manager/Supervisor for help unless it was a serious issue.
APMM management team helped empower me, to want more in life and within the company.
I think we all are given a chance to grow. Sometimes it just take longer for others.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Yes, APMM does has older colleagues that are currently working there and they are all treated equally.
I have developed a lot of skills. Mostly in the Quality Department. I have been promoted numerous amount of times, certified in all skills set, and I have also received a lot certification.
Overall compensation for your work
I can say this, We have came along way.
Office / Work Environment
Yes, But being that I have been moving around. I have to go to the floor and sometimes observes peoples, machines, material and etc. Being that I have been accustomed to that type of environment for so long.
Now, I will say that Now, I will say that they're are strict when it comes to environmental policies, regulations, and procedures
I must say that day do consider giving people a work-life balance. APMM has never denied me a day that I couldn't take off.
I will say that I am proud to be working at APMM.
I'm feel as if my job is secured for now but I do see a lot of improvements needed within my department. But that with any company, a little guidance is what is needed and sometimes I can be over thinking. Being that I have an issue with perfectionism.
Yes, they have special parking and etc.

I find a lot of work to be challenging, but it's nothing that I can't accomplish.

Everyone treats you as if you're family. We might have our debates but at the end of the day we still remain as One Team!
