Suggestions for improvement
- The company will only improve if upper management improves. Their attitude falls down and affects their employees, affecting some folks to never come back to such a place of employment.
What I like about the company
The very few things that I actually liked about the employer are that, the employees that were actually in the office everyday are good people that became friends. Flexible with working hours, that was dealt with the direct manager, not upper management.
What I dislike about the company
There were many things I disliked about the employer. A few; the vacation policy is a joke, they provided health insurance but that was it, and it came a price, no 401k, false promises, lacked communications depending on the subject, unstable higher management, and no job security. You can be the greatest employee there and still have no job security. Upper management kept promising growth and such for the longest time and showed no outcome, which really doesn't motivate the staff, in which upper management does not show a bit of encouragement and not much to boost office moral. Probably because it's rare that they are in the office unless there's a meeting appointed at the office. Upper management would rather point out employee faults and discourage them rather than commend them. If they did, it was once in a blue moon, rare. Plus, like mentioned earlier, they're not always at the office.
