- Stop micromanaging. Fire your entire executive team. Hire a good leader to manage development. You will never be successful with the leadership in place.

The leadership is horrible. No direction, and decisions are turned around daily. Apogee used to be innovators, now they're followers. The problem is they still think they're leaders
