People are poorly treated unless you are related to upper executive management.

Zero. All the accountibilty, none of the tools, support or rewards
Team? There is no such thing.

Depends on who the division director is.
HR is clueless, infomation is seldom shared timply or appropriately
Attitude towards older colleagues
Limited availability to grow unless your a favorite

Managers and field are poorly compensated for time and effort. Upper management does well.

Very rumor based. Watch your back always.
You must always watch your back. And your ideas.
If you are salary, there is none. You are expected to work in your off time.
Apollo says clients first, but dies not deliver that promise.

- Executive management needs to get a clue. Remove key players that are destroying the foundation and remember that it's the field rep that makes the company run. Clients needs to be treated right, and your managers have ideas and ways to help. Update the systems, update the mindset. Overall....listen just once
