Support from management
Some of the trainers were definitely not qualified to train. But then you have some awesome employees who know their job is more than a popularity contest.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fresh slate for all workers. No co mingling, no bad attitudes towards new employees who actually want to learn and work. A better training module is definitely required. And stop saying you are a marketing firm. You fundraise for companies by asking for handouts. I find that innapprpriate and I myself would not take the time to take this company seriously if I was a passerby.
- If you have a manager who has inter office relations with an employee, both should be fired. This should not be something to brag about to new employees. It sets a bad tone for the company.
What I like about the company
I feel they have a decent agenda but the workers aren't as supportive in providing correct training or having a good attitudee towards new employees.
What I dislike about the company
The managers wives/girlfriends were too involved in the employees lives and were very rude to me because I didn't dress or act a way that they approved of. I was there to work, not make friends or pucker up to a superiors behind.
