The Apple culture used to be fresh, full of morals and respect. Now it’s flopped and more sales driven than the journey alone
Support from management
No support at all, when you follow protocol and you tell a customer the “rules” managers will always give the customer whatever they want not what they need.
Depends on the store. The store I was in we were closer than just a work team and there were no trust in management just ourselves
Freedom to work independently
It’s always about independence rather work alone than a team.
You really have to be upfront if you want any answers, leadership is not what it was, when direct information needs to be known. It is always miscommunicated.
The CEO speaks for all
Attitude towards older colleagues
No discrimination old or new everyone is suppose to be equal, but theirs always the know it alls
As long as you know what you want, just find a manager and see what you can do 1% chance of you getting into cooperate good luck.
Overall compensation for your work
Hard to get a good raise unless you are changing in higher roles.
They always say they try, but so much favoritism that there’s really no room for work life balance unless you are part of a part time Or higher leadership.
Painted in the stars
As easy as you signed up for the job, the easy it is to take it away.
Once you catch the Apple ways there’s no more challenges. The only challenge is favoritism and moving roles.
Inclusive / Diverse
They search for multi-language individuales with all backgrounds and religions it’s honestly beautiful.
