What employees say

Employees like

If you work in this area of health, I would apply.
There are a lot of personal enjoyable experiences at my current workplace. There was this one time especially where my co-worker, Jared, had brought in some balloons and we had a really fun time going around and popping them and trying to keep them from touching the floor. Also, there was this one time where Jared's brother, Liam, invited a couple of friends from his job and some employees from my workplace and we had a party at his house ...
Staffing levels were at the minimum allowable, so any little problem that arose put the whole building behind and was upsetting to patients, staff and families. ON a day with no problems, I loved the job. On a day where a patient had high level needs that took up a lot of one person's time, the rest of the team is not able to cover for their duties and everyone suffers. Management always trying to cut down on overtime and ...
I was welcomed and made many great friends who were nice. The boss made sure I felt welcome and was very open minded to what I thought and took evert Hong into consideration. Feedback is highly welcomed there and it made me feel like I mattered and meant something to have them to care about how I felt
I think that this job can be right and helpful whenever u need help there is always an employee to help if u just had a long hard stressful day the manger can handle it we have good customer service for all the customers who need a apple product we are very safe on our security system.

Employees don't like

I have no further feedback at this time.
Work life balance is nonexistent
The managing styles vary among managers. A few managers that I worked for were not the best. One micro managed me. I know what our goals were. yet he will tell me over and over the same thing. I didn't feel I was trusted by him. With his constant talking, I felt I got less done.
Difficulty maintaining adequate staff leads to forced overtime, which results in even less staff. Pressured to work when ill. Rarely able to take breaks due to no one to cover.
Sometimes there can be too much policy and it can be difficult to keep up with. In a fast paced environment, it can be difficult to be. properly informed of changing rules.

Suggestions for improvement

They really need to improve yearly promotions
Be more accommodating with full time employees
If more CNAs were staffed the workload for them would not be so awful and there would be less turnover and callouts. We were always, always in need of CNAs and no one ever fixed the problem.
I think thwy could have been more strict and made us focus on our work more rather than lettibg us mess around so much
i hope the Como for me and I have to make a new phone and then I will call him when he can go home he was really busy
I would hire more employees with low experience, invest in them to ensure they are fully equiped and trained.
