Suggestions for improvement
- Pay rates for technical support agents should be higher than they are, unruly customer behavior should not go unchecked, and company standards should be enforced more when it comes to the practice of most policies we have already.
What I like about the company
I originally was hired as a student and they were very flexible with my schedule to accommodate that for me, which I really appreciated. I have made many friends here and I have grown so much more than I thought possible both personally and professionally, through my own hard work, willingness to advocate for myself, and some help from the leadership team. No two days are the same for me with all the people I meet every day.
What I dislike about the company
There is a tangible drive for results that sometimes gets in the way of some people's personal development, there aren't always open opportunities for promotion, the leadership sometimes draws a thick line between themselves and the rest of our team, and a lot of unruly customer behavior goes unchecked.
