Upper management has little knowledge of the actual service the company provides...it's the tail wagging the dog syndrome.
Overall compensation for your work
The way to create profit on any given project was to determine how little to pay the divers and of what could they do for free ...for example. .long distance travel uncompensated...
Lots of downtime between projects.
Diving is the greatest job...and should be done by those individuals with the passion ,talent and skill level to excel at the task....lead...follow...or get out of the way
Inclusive / Diverse
Face tatoos welcome....and anyone else likely as long as you are a male....never had female co-workers.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire individuals that are driven to excel...and get out of their way....and of course....pay them not to leave...do not pay them just enough to stay.
What I like about the company
If your going to be in the diving industry then do it with conviction not for nostalgia...
What I dislike about the company
Overall skill level from top to bottom is quite frankly...very low.
