Suggestions for improvement
- Invest in developing the managers to create better enthusiasm for work.
One word NEPOTISM
There is teamwork within departments but forget about coming together on a project. Engineering hates clinical development and that culture is driven directly from management down. Applied hires right out of college and quickly promotes "titles" with absolutely no training so you end up with what amounts to high schoolers and managers. They lie to your face to protect themselves and their team instead of working to find a solution for the project. Very sad.
