Suggestions for improvement
- Lower level promotional opportunities for hourly employees. Better tracking software for remote employees. Smaller teams to allow for better performance coaching. Improved computer systems.
What I like about the company
Good incentive programs for non-exempt employees.
What I dislike about the company
Moving customer facing services off shore. Not enough staffing to handle work load. Reactive instead of proactive.
