Suggestions for improvement
- Take surveys to see how employees are feeling about their work day and routines. Empowerment is one thing that I think would help agents, but not done recklessly as I had seen in cases.
I like about the employer
Not a whole lot. I can't think why I stayed as long as I did. HR did back you up but was also quick to suggest a termination.
I dislike about the employer
Management has no direction. Executive leadership sets unrealistic goals for the employees which I managed. Employees were shocked when I held them to simple things such as attendance standards, too. There was no discipline there before I got there apparently, and who knows if it ever was implemented afterwards.
