Service manager is not respectful to customers when interacting.
Support from management
There is no support.
It's all for one in there. My service manager is NOT a team player. He is not a leader. He will never complement you as an employee but say he can do it better.
Freedom to work independently
Always over my shoulder. I have been working for them for five years now and have finally had enough and ready to move on.
I being an employee am not notified when we are open or closed for holidays. Always changes year to year. Whatever fits them. Appointments are forgotten, parts constantly wrong or not there to complete job in proper time.
They have in the past employed a female.
No benefits. No retirement. No health.
Overall compensation for your work
Bare minimal. Sliding scale pay just implemented Jan 2018 with a 10$ hour base rate.
Office / Work Environment
Clean. New alignment machine.
I do enjoy my 9am to 5pm job. Only down side is I work 6 days a week, if I try to get a Sat off it's always a problem.
That's all they care about.. physical image.
We don't have enough work for me to even make 40 hours most the time. Have been called not to come in several days.
We do have a handicap ramp and door.
Inclusive / Diverse
Only want to work on Vw and Audi. Our sigh says several diff european car companys but we don't have the special equipment to do some of those jobs.
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to your techs. Just because we are not family doesn't make us any less than you. Listen to your customers, don't just treat them as money. Please provide all parts before the job is in the bay.

It's hi performance work.
What I dislike about the company
I have already mentioned most of my complains above. Management, organization when it comes to jobs, lack of respect, no benefits, lack of respect for our customers.
