The Manager of the Aquarium Center, seems to be building a weak infrastructure and business strategy. In addition, he does not commend employees for doing a job well-done due to stress. Finally, managerial positions are given to more unqualified individuals.
Support from management
Aquarium Center's Manager lacks the ability to form a relationship with his employees.
Most of the Rules in the Aquarium Center are unwritten and implicit. As a result, miscommunication between other people is most likely to occur.
Freedom to work independently
Although the work hours have changed, the workload has not. Employees are limited to do only one job at the aquarium center and do not have any say in the structuring of their own area of responsibility.
Said Manager of the Aquarium Center, does not give regular meetings to all employees nor does he inform them about the rules and policies of the business place.
Office / Work Environment
The Aquarium Center has loud music playing all-day, the concrete floors are wet, the bio filters are loud, and the sinks are leaky. Sometimes, the tanks are infested with crane flies. To summarize, the store could really use a lot of work.
Some endangered species of fish, such as banded fin shark, are known to be sold there.
Vacation times are unpaid. Vacation days can only be taken when an employee has worked a total of 1000 hours.
