They micro manage and make you second guess everything you do.
Freedom to work independently
It's all you do with no direction.
They were good about communicating when the company was doing good or bad but they were good about communicating their expectations of us.

Attitude towards older colleagues
They fired a older employee because they didn't think she would pick up the new system fast enough
Overall compensation for your work
We were paid well
They expect you to work remotely why you are home for the day as well as work on weekends and holidays even though they didn't not express that in the job interview and the offer letter.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire more people and trust the ones you hire to do thier job right. Be less robotic on social media, you say the same thing over and over. Hire more then one person in each department.
