Pay is great, not the hours
What I like
Flexible towards sick days or doctors appointments.
What I dislike
Expects way to much from way to small of a staff plus expects staff to work with limited or incomplete resources.
Suggestions for improvement
Hired a full staff not just one person in each area. There needs to be at least two people in shipping and two people to deal with socal media / outreach to new clients.
Had a great kitchen and there was always coffee and a lot of free lunches. Plenty of room to work.
Yeah were good about keeping us update on how well the company was doing.
We did a lot of projects as a team.
They expect you to work long hours and then continue to work when you get home via email and on weekends even though it was supposed to be a Monday through Friday job.
Support from management
You hear when you mess up but never when you do well.

Attitude towards older colleagues
They fired a older employee that had worked there for years because they were changing their shipment system and did not think she would do well with the new system.
Office / Work Environment
Plenty of room to work. Great lighting
The atmosphere felt like they could drop you at any moment. They are at will.
