No upper management was not supportive of staff at all.
Support from Management
Management was big into deadlines but didn't understand that a lot of data was out of our control on obtaining by those times.
The other managers at my level were very supportive in trying to get the tasks completed in a timely manner.
Level of Autonomy
Workload would have been fine except we only had one computer to access information with Corporate office.
