Suggestions for improvement
- Honest communication is needed from Manager to employees/staff and to the client as well. Don't make promises you can't keep!
I like about the employer
Safe working environment.
I dislike about the employer
On-site manager promises employees higher pay after a given amount of time and satisfactoy reviews, but doesn't follow through. On-site manager complains to staff regarding clients, then in turn, complains to client regarding incompetant staff (Aramark employees). On-site manager will withhold information concerning client issues from Maymount management and/or Aramark Corp.
