Upper management created a threatening atmosphere and pressure to get work done.
Support from Management
Gave no support and were non-communicative.
Most of the same level employees worked well together and collaborated to get work done.
Level of Autonomy
Workload was always place on woman, while men would come in late, leave early and take long lunches.
It was very clear low woman on the totem pole were not included in team meetings.
