Way too focused on trying to beat the competition instead of investing in programs to be more effective as a company
Suggestions for improvement
- focus on becoming a better company internally. Invest in up to date software for accounting/HR/payroll systems. Stop over promising and under providing. Also, there's a conflict of interest there as the former owner/CEO is on the board of the University of Chicago. That does not work for their associates, especially the management team.
