There are no commendations here. In fact, it was common knowledge within the company that employees won't even receive a cost of living or merit increase. The only way to negotiate a change in salary is to tender formal resignation.
Support from management
Problematic projects were often reassigned. Management "does not tolerate excuses" so the person the project was reassigned to was held accountable for all failures. Extremely dysfunctional.
