Suggestions for improvement
- Managers should speak directly to employees when they have to call out for the day, generally be more available as to lower opportunities for miscommunication or misunderstandings. The starting wage should be more competitive, it would likely motivate employees to take their job more seriously.
What I like about the company
Great staff, pleasant environment, I’d even call it fun
What I dislike about the company
The low starting hourly wage, the lack of communication between management and employees
