Suggestions for improvement
- More board involvement, perhaps some personnel changes, more focus on customer service training
Leadership is generally not supportive of staff or underlings
Leadership often makes a decision that is not supposed to be generally known, but somehow that information leaks before it is time to share with the organization as a whole. This puts mid-level managers at risk and undermines their authority.
The salary was above average, benefits were adequate.
