Suggestions for improvement
- Regain relationships with employees, do not leave this role to HR. Restore mgmt to attys, those interacting with associates and support staff. Heard many complaints from support staff they felt unappreciated and disrespected by mgmt.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
HR staff disconnected and unnecessarily hard on support staff. No oversight as to mgmt or HR. Employees seemed very unhappy.
