Suggestions for improvement
- Better communication from management to employees. Help employees have a balance between work & family. Stop trying to force or guilt people into going to happy hours with coworkers after already working 9-10 hours per day. Pay should be competitive. Bonuses should be given for loyalty and quality work. And there is hint that one of the few women in the company has an unearned position due to misconduct with a member of management - which is unacceptable. Management should be above reproach and discontinue functioning like a fraternity house.
What I like about the company
They provide PTO & health insurance is paid by employer.
What I dislike about the company
It is a boys club. Women there are few and not treated as equals. Employees are treated as pawns and undervalued. Communication is poor. Every company wide meeting is full of sports analogies & feels like a motivational speech before a football game. Unfortunately there isn't much substance beneath the show.
