Worst Company I have ever worked for in my 20 years of experience.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Management Change, noticed politics and prejudism. I think this company should just shut down.

What I like about the company

I liked the work and the applications.

What I dislike about the company

At first they paint a very pretty picture, but after you get hired, noticed a LOT OF POLITICS. I just depends who you know and work for. AWFUL Benefits, the cost of benefits for a family is over $1300/mo, it's just better to get something from outside.

  • Simplify the performance review process. Give employees regular feedback on how they are contributing to the success of the team. Communicate with employees about long term direction for the company/department/team.

What I like about the company

I really enjoyed the people that I worked with at ARGO.

What I dislike about the company

I did not like the lack of career development opportunities or the lack of communication from management about long term direction for the company/department/team.
