Suggestions for improvement
- The communication from Senior Management is sometime vague. Senior Management should be more involved with employees. They should make each employee feel they he/she is valued. There should be more incentive to help motivate employees.
What I like about the company
There is not really anything positive I can say about this company. The employees do not feel they are valued. There is little interaction with Senior Management.
